
Yes. Compact uses the same Activestone technology as the entire Pizzagroup professional range, guaranteeing baking directly on refractory stone with independent temperature control. Its compact dimensions reduce the footprint but not the quality of the result.
Both are entry-level Pizzagroup electric deck ovens with Activestone technology. Compact is optimised for the smallest possible footprint, ideal when counter or kitchen space is very limited. Entry Max offers a slightly larger baking surface for slightly higher production volumes. The choice depends primarily on the available space and the number of pizzas per service.
