Dragon is entirely made of stainless steel, a guarantee of long life. The insulated door with heat-reflective glass makes it easy to put pizza pieces in the oven and comes in handy to check on the food while it is cooking.

ADVANCED POWER SYSTEM

Dragon continuously senses your level of productivity and automatically sets the correct amount of power needed to guarantee the perfect cooking temperature. When in low productivity, it automatically switches into idle mode.

MAX TEMPERATURE 450 °C

Ideal for any type of dough, even high-hydration and Neapolitan-style pizzas, the oven reaches temperatures up to 450 °C.

DIRECT COOKING ON REFRACTORY STONE

More crispy and long lasting results. Bake any product directly on the stone without the need to use trays or pans.

The Advance Power system continuously monitors production levels and automatically modulates energy output. During low-productivity periods it switches to idle mode, cutting consumption with no manual intervention required.
